You can book most same-day deliveries online subject to the following limitations:
Collection times
- Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm (unless otherwise stated).
- Orders must be placed by 4.00 pm.
- Average collection time following receipt of order is 60 minutes but this can increase to 90 minutes during busy periods.

Vehicles
Only motorbikes & small vans can be booked online. However, a variety of other vehicles are available including long- & short-wheel-base transit vans, Mercedes Sprinters, Lutons, Iveco 7.5 ton (box & curtain siders) lorries, right up to 18-wheel articulated lorries for full or part loads.

Insurance
Any liability that we may have shall not exceed a sum of £1,000 per consignment or the value of the goods (whichever is the less). If you've arranged your own transit insurance, the liability (if any) that we may have shall not exceed a sum of £10 per kilogram on the gross weight (or volumetric weight if applied) of the goods or the value of the goods (whichever is the less) subject to our terms and conditions.
