Our online system caters for the majority of users needs however certain limitations apply. Please read the information provided below carefully before proceeding to ensure your consignment meets with our restrictions:

Collection Times
All collections which are booked online take place Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) between 08:00 - 18:00. Our bookings cut-off time is 16:00 and the average pick-up time from receipt of order is 60 minutes, however this can increase to 90 minutes during busy periods. We are here to help and we always do our best to accommodate so if you require a quotation for a collection outside of these times or for more urgent orders please contact us on 0845 226 2994 to obtain a price or request a written quote.

Vehicles
We only book out Motorbikes & Small Vans via the website. If you require a larger vehicle please do not hesitate to contact us on 0845 226 2994 to obtain a price or request a written quote. We have a variety of other vehicles at our disposal including Long & Short Wheel Base Transit vans, Mercedes Sprinters, Luton's, Iveco 7.5 ton (box & curtain siders) right up to 18 wheel articulated lorries for full or part loads.

Operating Areas

Insurance
Any liability that we may have shall not exceed a sum of £1000.00 per consignment or the value of the goods (whichever is the less). If you have arranged your own transit insurance the liability (if any) that we may have shall not exceed a sum of £10 per kilogram on the gross weight (or volumetric weight if applied) of the goods or the value of the goods (whichever is the less) subject to our terms and conditions.

Prohibitions
