Collection Times
Unless otherwise specified, all collections take place Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) between 12:30pm - 5:30pm and orders must be placed by 12.00pm to guarantee a same-day pick-up. We are here to help and we always do our best to accommodate so if you have an urgent package that needs to be sent and it is after 12.00pm please contact us on 0845 226 2994 to obtain a price or request a written quote.

The maximum allowed size & weight for any individual parcel is as follows:

         Channel & Scilly Isles

Major domestic appliances or otherwise known as white goods such as refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, cookers, clothes dyers & washing machines are not permitted on this service. We are also unable to deliver mattresses. For these and items that exceed the above size and weight restrictions, including pallets and general haulage, please contact us on 0845 226 2994 or request a written quote and we will be happy to give you a price.
 

Insurance
Any liability that we may have shall not exceed a sum of £10 per kilogram on the gross weight of the goods or the value of the goods (whichever is the less) subject to our terms and conditions.

Collection Zone
Our collection range for online bookings is limited to the UK & Channel Islands. Collections that involve a water crossing may only be delivered to the UK Mainland. If you require a international collection, please contact us on 0845 226 2994, or request a written quote.

Next day consignments to and from Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Isles of Scilly are non-guaranteed and are subject to the availability of cross-water transportation.

Prohibitions & Packaging
It is very important that your parcel does not contain goods which are classified as dangerous as per the latest edition of the Civil Aviation Organisation's Technical Instructions. It is equally important that when sending a consignment it is sufficiently packaged to travel through the parcel system.
