Standard services
- Express—door-to-door delivery service (including clearance through customs) for documents and parcels up to 50 kg. Delivery is guaranteed in 24-48 hours for most of Europe and by the fastest possible route to the rest of the world.
- Express Premium—upgrades to the standard express service to guarantee delivery by either 9.00 am or 12.00 pm the next morning to major cities worldwide.
- Economy—door-to-door delivery (with delivery day specified) for less urgent consignments for documents and parcels up to 50kg. Offers cost-effective delivery to EU countries within 2 to 4 days and to the rest of the world within 2 to 6 days.
- Import Service—worldwide import services (including clearance through customs) operating from over 70 key countries.
Bespoke services
When your consignment needs special handling, then we can provide tailored courier services to suit your needs. For example, we can arrange for a dedicated vehicle to collect your package and take it direct to the airport for onward flight. We can then arrange another vehicle to meet the flight, collect your package and drive it direct to its final destination. This service is available in part or whole to most countries in the world.
Our international couriers are also able to offer out-of-hours collections when required and even same-day deliveries to Europe, the USA and Canada for those packages where time is vital.
Onboard couriers
For documents and and parcels of a particularly sensitive or critical nature, our Onboard Couriers provide the ultimate delivery service. One of our team can be deployed in a matter of minutes to any location in the UK to collect your package. Once collected, your consignment will never leave our courier's sight until it's safely delivered, by hand, to the person it's meant for.
