How can I pay for an order?
We offer various ways for you to pay for your order. You
can do so, using any of the following:
- Mastercard
- Visa
- Visa Delta
- Visa Electron
- Switch / UK Maestro
- Switch Solo
Our preferred methods of payment are either Delta, Electron
or Switch as it keeps down our costs which in turn we can
pass onto you.
We do not accept the following:
- Diners Club
- Electron Cheques
- Postal Orders
- Cash
- Amex
All prices shown on the website are in Pound Sterling
and exclude vat
Is it safe to give my credit/debit details online?
We realise how important it is to store any information
that you provide securely. Same-day Dispatch Services maintains
the highest levels of security. We use PROTX as our Payment
Service Provider. PROTX VSP Server is a secure third party.
Credit/Debit card details are secured within 128-bit encrypted
sessions. Sensitive information is stored on a heavily encrypted
database that is protected by multiple government approved
firewalls. You can therefore rest assured that we take the
privacy and security of your payment and personal details
very seriously.
We also perform Address Verification and Card Verification
as well as random Telephone Verification to prevent fraud.
When will my account be debited?
Once you have placed your order,
your nominated account will be debited immediately and you
will be sent an email to confirm your order.
